- Respect confidentiality agreements and non-disclosure provisions
3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions
Content shared with AutoFlow must meet professional standards and legal requirements.
- All shared technical specifications must be accurate and complete
- No sharing of unlicensed software or proprietary systems without authorization
- Documentation must comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Confidential information must be properly classified and protected
- System access credentials must be managed according to security best practices
4. Age and Capacity Requirements
Our services are designed for qualified professionals and organizations with appropriate technical expertise.

Users must implement appropriate data protection measures when automation systems process personal or sensitive information, ensuring GDPR and local privacy law compliance.
Third-Party Interactions
When automation systems interact with third-party services or vendors, users are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and ensuring compliance with all relevant agreements.
Ongoing Maintenance
Users must follow recommended maintenance schedules, implement security updates, and ensure proper training for personnel operating automation systems.
Liability Limitations and Warranties
Disclaimer of Warranties
AutoFlow provides automation services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes or operational improvements. Automation systems depend on numerous factors including existing infrastructure, user training, and environmental conditions.
Limitation of Liability
AutoFlow's liability for any claims related to automation services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business interruption or lost profits.
Consequential Damages Exclusion
Under no circumstances shall AutoFlow be liable for any consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, regardless of the theory of liability or whether such damages were foreseeable.
Force Majeure Provisions
AutoFlow is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
2. Dispute Resolution Procedures
Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If direct negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation by a qualified mediator in Cyprus, with costs shared equally between parties.
3. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be replaced with enforceable terms that most closely reflect the original intent.
4. Terms Modification Policy
AutoFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through appropriate channels. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
